GUIDE

How to set up your Google Business Profile in the Philippines.

Your Google Business Profile is what shows up when people search for you on Google and Google Maps: your name, hours, photos, location and reviews. Without one, customers can’t review you at all.

Create it

  • Go to business.google.com and sign in with the Google account you want to manage the business.
  • Enter your business name and choose the closest category (for example “Restaurant”, “Dental clinic”, “Nail salon”).
  • Add your address, or the area you serve if customers don’t visit you.
  • Add your phone number and your website or Facebook page.

Verify it

Google asks you to prove the business is real. Depending on your business it may offer a video of your location, a phone or email code, or a postcard. Follow the option Google shows you; it can take a few days.

Fill it in completely

  • Opening hours, including holidays
  • Real photos: storefront, inside, products or dishes
  • A short description of what you offer
  • Your menu or services and prices

Then start getting reviews

Copy your review link and put it in front of customers, on a stand, receipts and Messenger.
