Privacy policy

This policy explains what tapfour (tap4.ph) collects when you visit our site or order from us, why, and what you can ask us to do with it. We follow the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act 10173). Last updated 1 November 2026.

What we collect

• When you order: your business name, your name, phone number, email, delivery address and city, any notes, the Google Maps link of your business, and the menu you send us (files, a link or typed items).
• When you pay: the payment screenshot you upload. We never see or store your GCash PIN or bank login.
• When you browse: pages viewed and buttons pressed, through cookies from Google Analytics and the Meta (Facebook) pixel.

Why we use it

• To make, program and deliver your order, and to send your receipt and tracking number.
• To answer your questions and handle replacements or refunds.
• To see which pages and ads work, so we can improve the site and show our ads to the right people.

We don’t sell your information.

Who we share it with

• The courier that delivers your order (name, phone and address).
• The services that run our site, order system and email: Vercel, Cloudflare and Resend.
• Google and Meta, for analytics and ads. When you order, we send Meta a scrambled (hashed) copy of your email, phone, first name and city so it can tell us which ads led to orders; Meta can’t read them back.

Cookies

Google Analytics and the Meta pixel set cookies to count visits and measure ads. You can block or clear them in your browser settings; the site and ordering still work.

How long we keep it

We keep order details for as long as we need them to support your stands and for our tax and accounting records, then delete them.

Your rights

You can ask to see the information we have about you, correct it, or have it deleted, and you can object to its use for ads. Email contact@tap4.ph and we reply within 7 days. You can also complain to the National Privacy Commission (privacy.gov.ph).
