Every tapfour stand and tile is programmed with your links before it leaves us, then shipped anywhere in the Philippines: Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao.

Delivery

• Your order arrives in 4–8 days after we confirm your payment.
• We email your tracking number as soon as it ships.
• The shipping fee is confirmed with your order, before you pay.
• Ordering a menu stand? We print once we have your menu, so the 4–8 days start when we have both your payment and your menu.

Free replacement

• If a stand arrives damaged, or doesn’t open your page with a tap or a scan, we send a new one free, shipping included.
• Tell us within 30 days of delivery, with your order number and a photo or short video.
• If we got a link or menu item wrong, we reprogram or reprint it free.

Refunds

• If your order hasn’t arrived within 8 days, you can cancel it for a full refund.
• If a replacement still doesn’t work, we refund that stand in full.
• Each stand is printed and programmed for your business, so we can’t take back stands that work as ordered.
• Refunds go back by GCash or bank transfer within 7 days.
